Why is the kettlebell swing so effective? This Russian import has most of its weight below the handle. That means its center of gravity actually shifts during the course of the exercise, forcing your stabilizer muscles to work even harder as they try to counteract the momentum of the swing. The result: A better metabolic burn and more brawn in less time.

Sure, this one-move challenge may sound simple, but most guys do the kettlebell swing wrong.
