Here's a great workout to do at halftime. Actually, not halftime because that's my favorite part of the game, when they all the highlights from around the league. Instead, do this between the early and late games, before you order a cheese wheel or whatever your "reward meal" for this week might be. It's quick, takes about 20 minutes, and you can do it with a barbell in the garage. Here it is:
