Today's exercise was Four 1-minute rounds of dog wrestling followed by 12 short sprints with dog jumping on me. Then I made my "normal-est" blender drink yet oatmeal peanut butter vanilla yogurt ice spinach blueberries 1 banana 1/4 cup raspberries Good times.
