How to Do It
Grab a pair of dumbbells and start your watch. Do 6 reps of the split jerk and 10 reps of the skier swing. Without resting, immediately do 12 split jerks and 20 skier swings. Again, without taking a break, perform 18 split jerks and 30 skier swings. Stop the clock. That’s 1 cycle. Rest for the amount of time you took you to complete the cycle. Then repeat the procedure two more times.
