Despite the arguments you may see on Facebook, there’s no “best” way to train for fat loss. (Or anything else.)

But there is one factor that really matters: How much “work” you do. You can do that work with a barbell, dumbbells, a medicine ball, TRX, or any number of implements. Or even just your body weight. (Case in point: musclemorphosis.com—it’ll help you lose fat fast, no equipment required.)

And you can use any number of exercises—5, 10, even 20. But in the end, it’s all about the effort you exert.

This workout takes a minimalist approach: It uses just a single kettlebell (you can use a dumbbell if you prefer) and only four exercises. But if you put in the work, you can get maximal results.

Watch the video to see how to perform the routine. One round takes 5 minutes—it’ll get your muscles loose and your heart rate up. Two rounds will leave you sweating.

But stick with it for four rounds, and you’ll be doing some serious work—32 total sets, in fact.

And that’s how you burn serious fat.
