Here's how it works: Grab a stopwatch. Perform one squat, followed immediately by a pushup. Without resting, perform two squats, followed immediately by two pushups. Work your way up to 10 squats and 10 pushups in the shortest amount of time possible. Durkin completed this challenge in 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Can you crush his time?
